I can’t scan my food as I don’t cook it anymore. I’ve had to move in with my inlaws and they make tea before I get in from work. I feel so rude asking what’s in it

I probably am. But I’ve been using this app and scanning all my food for 6 years now. I just can’t see how I’ve made so many improvements and it make no difference

I can’t always do that as I live with parents now who make my tea. I do it when I can

2 scrambled eggs and spinach or porridge for breakfast Soup or salads for lunch (minimal sauce and no potatoes) Fish and veg, pasta dishes, home made curry’s and chillis for tea. Cut down snacking and loads of water (never used to drink any. Now I have 2 litres a day)

Eating between 1200-1500 a day. Burning 400-500 active calories a day

No but I don’t eat big portions. I’ve lost weight the same way before and eaten the same foods and meals this time

I’m reading a book on it at the moment. It’s a little confusing still at the moment. I understand he concept just trying to get round how to adapt it to my life

I have done previously as well as being on medication, I’ve got to a point now where I’m fine without these methods and want to try more self care

Luckily I do sleep well. It just means I have to go to sleep at 9/9.30 when I don’t get home till 7

Yeah I’m trying to keep that in mind. All my hours just frustrate me. Makes me lazy when I get home when I’d love to go to the gym or go out for a walk. But it’s dark when I get up. Dark when I get home. It’s just miserable

The site just asked for my current, goal and I selected a slower loss option 5ft, 134 lbs. aim to get to 114 and I’m 27

I have been trying to walk more. My cal goal to lose a day is 300. And I get disheartened when I can’t get to it. A 30 min walk usually only burns like 60 cals

Goal is 1200. I’m 5ft talk and 9.5 stone. Before when I used this app (working less hours) I was at 8.3 stone and I loved it

Really easy. I’m trying to wait till 9 to have porridge. Lunch at 12 then a snack at 3 ish. I find fruit makes me feel hungry which is odd

I know it sounds daft but being awake so long at work makes me hungry. If I worked 9-5 I wouldn’t be up at 5 and home at 6/7 like I am now. I’d have less time to sit and snack. I’m finding I’m having 2 lunches a day

I have been for months now. I eat well, don’t see results then give up. It all seems more effort then it’s worth at the moment. I move in 2 months and will be starting a new job with less hours. But Untill then im just feeling miserable

Don’t get me wrong. I love food. I think I have a fairly varied diet and will eat pretty much anything. Pizza is just my weakness and I crave it so need a way of having it without the naughtyness

Yeah but he works 6 days a week. Don’t like him to have to do it on his one day off

It is something i am currently weighing up. I plan to move within the next 12 months so i wont be working there for much longer. the pa is just good for the moment so im making the most of it for when i need to go and find a random job to keep me in a home
