Avocado on toast
On my days off I LOVE a breakfast of avocado on toast with feta at tomatoes. Today I decided to log it and it’s 600 calories?! I never have sausages or bacon or anything stereotypically ‘fatty’ Is this breakfast really that bad?!

Getting married!
I am looking at getting fit got my wedding. At 5ft and only 8.8 stone I am small but very doughie and unhealthy feeling. I am looking to tone up and get I stronger. I have 151 days until my wedding, is it too early to start? Will I lose interest once I get to my goal?

Evening classes
A lot of classes at my gym are around 8pm. How do people fit these into their routine in regards of eating at night. I finish work at 4 so usually prefer to go to the gym at 5 and back in time for dinner at half 6

Weekly workout routines (please share yours)
My routine (on a good week) Monday: gym-run, abs, squats. Swim : 30 Lengths Tuesday: 5k Wednesday: off Thursday: aqua fit Friday : gym-run. Swim-30 lengths Saturday and Sunday off

Feeling unhealthy
After dry January, eating well and being more active I’ve started February feeling very lathergic and unmotivated. Not sure if it’s because I have started drinking again? (Not much) Anyone got any motivation tips?

Weekend away
So I’ve just come back from a weekend away. After not drinking for a month, I’ve started again but very limited. Which im pleased about. I have also eaten way too much. But have very much enjoyed everything I’ve had. Back on it again tomorrow :) everything in moderation

Day off
Today is my day off! I would usually be spending this in bed but instead I’ve eaten 2 healthy meals and been for a 5 mile walk. I am about to prep my bbq tea where I’ll be loading up on salad and skipping the bread :)

Getting weighed
I have just weighed myself after 6 days of eating well and working out. I get weighted on the same scales at the same time each time. It says I have lost 6 pounds. Surly that can’t be correct? Water weigh maybe?

I have recently moved country, only England to wales but still... moved country. Since this I have lost 7 pounds and made a lot of healthier choices! I am very happy with my achievement but I still don’t fit in any of my clothes. Motivation needed!!!
