Only my workouts set up on my Apple activity app are syncing with mfp. My day to day active calories I accumulate through just walking around work etc don’t sync?!

I want to try having larger breakfasts and smaller dinners. I’ve heard this is good for weight loss and it’ll hopefully keep me filler longer. Can anyone suggest any good savoury breakfasts that are healthy but higher in calories

I can’t do it.
I can’t cope witt these 12/13 hour days and fitting in time to go to the gym. It’s really demotivating me. I’m only her 2 hours at home before I need to go to bed to be up for work the next day. Help!

The best weekend of my life
So after finding out I’m the heaviest I’ve ever been and starting to try and be abit healthier, my amazing boyfriend asked me to be his wife!!!! This resulted in ALOT of food and EVEN MORE alcohol over the last weekend. I’m struggling now to keep on track during celebrations and when I wasn’t motivated in the first place.

I’m doing terribly after the weekend. After a 15 hour shift last night I ordered a huge pizza and snacked all day and ate the Halloween sweets. Help. I’m really not feeling it. But first of the month and all that!
