@MaltedTea I haven’t spoken to anyone professionally, no. My husband and family are very supportive though. I don’t feel like I’m in a situation where I need to seek advice but I do want to get myself back into focusing on my health.

It’s mainly from seeing other types of diets where veg and fruits is ‘free’ and you can eat as much of it as you like

Including things like cucumber and salad leaves? I always feel daft logging them and feel bad if I bulk up my meals with them and end up going over my allowance

Do you not log the calories that arnt burnt through work out?

My ‘activity’ app says I’ve burnt 800 today 400 ish work out and 300ish normal. Only the 400 is showing

It’s doing my steps but not calories

I understand that but for some reason it only transfers my work out calories. How do I change this? I’ve tried changing my syncing settings before from mfp and Apple health

My mfp only syncs my workouts from my Apple Watch and not my normal daily activity

I do eat less. I always do a smaller portion. I have less pasta, rice and skip on the garlic bread. I don’t know what more I can do when I don’t have the option to scan the food like I usually do
