Only my workouts set up on my Apple activity app are syncing with mfp. My day to day active calories I accumulate through just walking around work etc don’t sync?!

I believe that’s how it’s intended to work

Sorry, let's try this again! MFP accounts for your day-to-day calories during set-up - this is the activity level you selected. The watch should be sending over a step count and HR data, however, which MFP will calculate into a "steps calorie adjustment" if the watch's data doesn't line up with its data. Are you seeing that?

Do you have negative calorie adjustments enabled?

I stopped getting credit for step calorie adjustments about 3ish weeks ago. Now it adds minutes to my run throughout the day (that is pulled over as a work out each morning when I finish it) but no calories get added.
