Getting weighed

I have just weighed myself after 6 days of eating well and working out.
I get weighted on the same scales at the same time each time.
It says I have lost 6 pounds. Surly that can’t be correct?
Water weigh maybe?

    Quite possible - Initial weights can be fast if it is water weight. Also take your menstrual cycle into account

    Water retention isn't 'undoing your hard work', its just water retention....
