    I was wondering this as well.

    @katherineleggett maybe you're hungry because you haven't eaten enough. How many pounds to your goal weight and what's your weekly weight loss goal? How many calories have you had so far today?

    14 pounds till my goal. Weekly goal is 0.5 and I’ve had 1350 today

    your goal yesterday was 1780 cals... you only ate 1200... that's why you're hungry...

    Oh no my calorie goal is 1500, i just did some walking yesterday. i dont like to eat the calories lost

    but that is how MFP works? your deficit is set before exercise, so you should eat exercise cals back or you risk under eating and being hungry all the time.

    and that aside, if your calorie goal is 1500, you only ate 1200....

    I'm a big savory person too - I like to have some very low calorie snacks for situations like this. I might eat a couple of "tomato sandwiches" made with slices of tomato, cucumber, and radish, with feta cheese (35 cal per ounce, much less than cheddar). With a little thought you can satisfy a craving for only a few calories.
