In regards to going out for dinner. How does Nando’s do as treat?

They have calorie estimates online so you can pretty easily work that into your weekly goals before you go. Just click the little (i) button below the menu items https://www.nandos.co.uk/food/menu
I think from memory there are accurate entries directly from their menu on the MFP database too but best to double check.
I go for the 1/4 (okay sometimes 1/2) chicken with salad and sweetcorn as the lowest calorie sides. Or split a side of chips with my sister!0 -
Oh my! I love Nando's! I go for a half and ratatouille. I think 700ish is sticking in my head for calories. Enjoy!0

Solid treat but will be high in sodium so you may see some water retention0

Nando's is in the database, ( and mostly accurate when checked again Nando's own web site). I go for half a chicken +loads of protien) and a corn cob no butter. If I remember it's about 650 calories, and really filling.0
