Is trampoline fitness a good way of losing weight?

It's a good way of burning some calories if you enjoy it. It won't automatically make you lose weight, you need a calorie deficit for that.1

You lose weight from consuming less calories than your body burns.
You can exercise and still gain weight if you are eating more calories than you are burning. I did.
Log everything you eat and drink, move more and you will lose as long as you are at a calorie deficit.
