I been using it for the pass few weeks, it helps me because I'm a diabetic and keeps close track to carb, protein, and fat along few other stuff. needless to say because of that I'm slowly learning what is high in carbs and protein.and it's helping me stay on track wit calories and carb.

The need of the trainer is manly because I have physical issues I'm dealing with. the trainer was help build my strength and balance back.
