Hello weight losers
Have anyone tried the Nutrition screen in the application? I have a query then, if you calculate calories in each amount of proposed food you will get the grandsome of all exceeds 1500!! , any justification?
Thanks.
Saad.

I been using it for the pass few weeks, it helps me because I'm a diabetic and keeps close track to carb, protein, and fat along few other stuff. needless to say because of that I'm slowly learning what is high in carbs and protein.and it's helping me stay on track wit calories and carb.1
