I have mine assigned by a coach. I have been seeing him for 11 weeks. Have lost 27 pounds, 40 inches. I started at 215 and my macros were 190 carb 70 fat and 145 protein. They are currently 175 carb 64 fat and 145 protein. These have been the same for the past 8 weeks.

The upgrade allows you to put in exactly what you want your macros to be, in grams. On the goal setting page, there is tab and one is percentage and the other is grams. It works great and tells you how much of each you have left

In the pumpkin category, I made mini pumpkin pies with pumpkin Greek yogurt, mini graham cracker crust and low-fat whipped cream.

Purple drink! They have protein powder there. You can have it added to anything along with low cal soy milk etc. there is a fit_with_coffee on instagram. A barrista has created al kinda of yummy and healthier options

Leave the weekend behind you. Do NOT try undo what you have done, that never works, it changes your bodies want to start storing food when you put it in a greater deficit. Just move on. You ate...it was good...and back on plan today.

absolutely, but put the information in the recipe and make it that way and then divide into portions, this will also divide the oil into each serving. And cooking spray HAS calories. No one uses a 1/2 spray of cooking spray.

Any type of exercise helps your body lose weight. Running tends to also focus on cardio which is always great. However walking at 60% max HR is very good for burning fat.
