I have a 12 hour weigh in weirdly and I’ve been able to cut about 5lbs of water weight before. These past few months I’ve been eating at about a constant 200-250 grams of carbs a day

I actually do use the same protocol. I’m just wondering on what my nutrition should look like before I start this protocol since I have a few days extra. Like should I already be cutting out my salt and carbs, normal intake, or increased intake.

I’ve done water cuts about 3 times before. I’ve weighed close to 114 about 117 before. And I’ve been competing for 3 years

Ohhh no my coach never explained to me anything about the discrepancy. He just said that I just need to squat more often

JAYxMSxPES If im understanding correctly you’re asking about what my coach has said about the variances in squat and deadlift to me? Well he honestly just told me I had to do sumo deadlift and high bar squats. He just didn’t allow me to try the other variants.

I’ve never done conventional deadlift. Ever since I joined Powerlifting my coach has made me stick to sumo deadlifts. And similar to deadlift my coach has made me stick with high bar squats.
