I didn’t need to sit down to take my boots off yesterday, honestly I forgot what it was like to bend down and not have my stomach crush me forcing me to sit to take them off. I’m so freaking happy!!! Long ways to go but that definitely made my day 🙌🏻

it’s hard to explain, not agony but when I walk I can feel the pressure and they are sore at the joints and a bit tight, if that makes sense?

I didn’t woo. I called a physio and have an appointment in a few weeks when I get paid, he reckons a couple of sessions so nothing to high impact :)

I love mine, if it's the electric ones (I think the US mainly use insta pot - well that's the ones I've seen on the review sites) they should be pretty safe compared to the old fashioned stove ones....you should try the 25 minute to cook a whole chicken, its literally freed up my Sundays :) i have an air fryer not the one…

I literally thought this! Whenever you see healthier cooking it's switch to sweet potato and brown rice ect....that's why I was bummed as I love my white pasta and rice hahaha.

From reading I believe it is because it's a "complex" carb therefore you're fuller for longer and less of an insulin spike (I'm not a dietician so don't know if it's true or accurate)

Well currently going gym 3 days a week (will build it up throughout this month to do 5 days by end of month).
