A food scale was a must for me. You’d be surprised how much you think you’re eating vs how much you’re actually eating. You wouldn’t believe how much a serving of pasta actually is lol.

I agree with the comments above. The only thing I would say is to also try to pre log the “oh just forget it” calories. Sometimes just seeing the extra calories logged can cause you to give it a second thought.

I understand for sure. I lost 50lbs back in 2016 and kept it off until around March of 2017. I guess I just stopped caring enough and was tired of counting everything I ate. So here I am again after regaining 28 of those lbs. This year I’m looking to get rid of those 28 plus about 20 more. Feel free to add me. Plus if 1984…

Omg same boat here. I started in 2015 and lost 50lbs. This year I gained back 20of them. Started back here again to lose the 20. I didn't realize how much a difference 20lbs make until I went back and looked at my old pics. It makes a difference for sure and I want it gone lol.
