Hey .. I know this sounds silly but it has worked for me ... Cross stitching or knitting ... You become super focused on what you're doing and it requires both hands!! Hey all :) I'm joining in!! Today was cardio mostly, 45 min on the treadmill at 3.5 speed, biking for 30 mins, 10 min core workout, 17 min yoga, and I got in a half an hour walk/run/play with the dog :)
