    Hey hey :)

    October 5

    20 mins Yoga - great stretch this morning that was much needed!
    10 min Core HIIT
    30 min Strength - Chest & Bicep day
    30 min Treadmill 3.5 speed
    30 min walking the dog

    Today's total: 120 min + 7 hr 14 min
    = 9 hrs 14 min

    Swimming: 65 min.
    10/2: walking: 60 min
    10/3: walking: 75 min
    10/4: zip line & high ropes course: 120 min.
    Walking: 60 min.
    10/5: walking: 90 min.

    Total: 9 hours. 20 min.

    October Goal: 32 hours

    1-Oct hiking/ trail running for 45 minutes in the mountains and 112 minutes of an urban hike
    2-Oct 61 minutes of high tempo circuit training
    3-Oct 68 minutes of running and walking intervals
    4-Oct 54 minutes of walking @ a very brisk pace
    5-Oct 57 minutes of running intervals and 65 minutes of walking

    Lots of walking for work the last couple days- so my goal is met but I always feel better if I do yoga in the eve too so that's the goal for tonight.
