    I'm in.
    Sept ended just over 16 hours, which wasn't goal, but was an increase from August, so I'll take it regardless!
    October goal is 20 hours..

    4 sets of weighted lunges 15 reps per leg

    10/2 20 mins jogging and 40 mins strength training.
