  • Ravens Game was not kind to me. Drank and ate wayyyyy too much! Feel kind of guilty but have to leave it in the past. Going on Vacation this week and I think eating healthy will be a challenge so I'm going to focus on portion sizes. Hopefully that will help
  • Trying intermittent fasting. I usually stop and get something to eat on the way to work everyday and it's always something unhealthy. My excuse is I'm always just stopping for coffee. Bought a thermos today so I can make something in the Keurig quickly and stop giving myself that excuse!
