You can add me if you want. This road isn't always easy and there are alot of bumps along the way. I hit one or two today myself. But if your looking for a friend on here I will support you in this journey.

Congrats you look amazing. A true inspiration. I had my surgery on 7/1/20. I had RNY and Im down 100lbs. Now the goal is to keep going and loose 54 more and keep it off. My husband bought me a fitbit to help keep me motivated.

It's ok

She's adorable. I love all my puppies they are great for snuggles and play time.

I don't use Apple watch I have an Aneken. It uses an app that doesn't link to mfp.
-
I have tried the shower before working out it helps some. Thanks for the suggestion.
-
On a side note my watch won't link to mfp
-
I'm fairly seditary most days. However I started doing some exercise 3 times a week. Most days I just count what my watch gives me because I know I put in a little extra to make my daily goals. But on those days I workout I dont know if I should just go by my watch or my watch plus mfp.

I want to join y'all but not sure how to add my pic. My inspiration is my husband and my son. They keep me going even when I'm feeling down and out.

That's great I hope u get answers soon. I know what it's like to live with these conditions it's not easy but due to other conditions and meds my options are limited.
-
I talked to my pharmacist today he said that magnesium may be a help so I will start it tonight. He also said to get my levels for vitamin b and d and potassium checked next appointment with my doctor.
-
I will have to try the magnesium. I haven't heard about that
-
My pharmacist was a big help. He knows what I take and he knows about different supplements and thier reactions to my conditions and current meds.
-
WebMd has some good articles and talk to a knowledgeable pharmacist. That's what I did lots of research and talking to my pharmacist and doctor. But actually my pharmacist was the biggest help...lol
-
I have been doing research on supplements. I have read good things on them. However my pharmacist has said that some can't be mixed with the meds. Sam-E and 5-htp are two that have great reviews but can't be mixed with meds or some mental health condition. I right now am taking vitamin d, calcium, tumeric, and melatonin to…

I'm on cymbalta it helps some. The doc warned me there is no pill that will ever get rid of all my pain but if it will reduce it by at least 50%. We are winning
-
I just started the tumeric pills (500 mg) 1x a day. If I don't see relief the doc said I could do 2x a day. On top the meds it's just one more thing to fight the condition and keep me moving.
-
I'm trying Epsom salt baths, tumeric, calcium, vitamin d right now. It helps some. But with the cold weather comes the pain and I add to it by pushing exercise on myself 2-3 days a week. It's all low impact but I feel I have to do it to keep myself moving.
-
Thanks
-
I made this tonight but tweaked the recipe some to include more fresh veggies and I didn't use the Rotel tomatoes. It came out great. I also kept mine under a little longer 15 mins instead of 4.

I am new here to. I struggle alot with emotional eating. I look forward to finding new friends on here.

Hi this is my second time with this App and a great group called TOPS. Working together last time I lost 60+ lbs. I left for awhile due to personal reasons. Now I'm back giving them both another go. Feel free to add me if u need friends on here.

I think it is a good video with good ideas. But what if ur not in the place to confront the person causing u the stress how do u handle it then? Or what if u are a passive person who really just rather not deal with the arguments that confronting some of the "stresses" will lead to? I do believe tho that we need to…

Def both these images are something to think about

When I'm really wiped from my fibromyalgia I try walking back and forth across the house after a few minutes of that I usually get some energy.
