HI MFP FRIENDS! I'M STARTING THIS CHALLENGE TO HELP EVERYONE WITH MOTIVATION TO LOG ON TO MFP EVERY DAY. HOW IT WILL WORK: EACH DAY I'LL POST THE NEW PHOTO SUBJECT AND YOU WILL POST A PICTURE IN RESPONSE. THAT'S IT! HAVE FUN WITH IT!

Johns-Dope... This group is supposed to be motivating for people!! You're lucky there's no one else on here yet. :P I'm looking at it as a an opportunity to face temptation and be strong & resist.
For the most part, I'm doing high fats & proteins, low carb. So, here's my picture. My fingers are quite a bit bigger than when I used to do this as a kid.

Please excuse any technical difficulties, I have used MFP for years but never ventured into actually commenting on anything. (Insecurity, etc.. )
I'm at a point where I desperately need some support to stay focused on positivity and out of my own head. I love this thread and how it is focusing on what's GOOD rather than cutting out what's BAD.
Today's first healthy choice:
Greek yogurt deliciousness (2%) with peach, coconut and cacao nibs.

purplefizzy...Yes! You don't know excited I am to see another person join. (No offense Johns_Dope..you stuck with me and now we have a friend!) :P I know for me when I've thought of getting fit it's always been a negative thought thinking I'd have to sacrifice a lot but honestly I haven't much except in the way of quantity and trying to keep at least a mostly healthy diet. And if that little bit of sacrifice means i feel better and better every day and I'm losing weight...cool, I can do that. With this group I just thought taking pictures is a fun way to stay motivated and meet some people...awesome picture by the way! That looks AMAZING!
Johns-Dope...AF is it? I don't know...can't see it right now. :P Thank you for playing right..your turkey burger looks absolutely horrible. Way to get that protein in though!2 -

junodog1 that looks so good! I'm going to have to start making my food look prettier! Last night I cooked pork loin with jalapeno cream cheese stuffing but when I cut it today it was a little pink so I was too scared to eat it! So sad. I had a very simple salad and cottage cheese so needless to say, I'm looking forward to eating tonight!1

It took me a few re-reads to figure out WTF that turkey burger was
I do heart the stats on some turkey, but I hide mine in 'double turkey veggie chili' served over roasted kabocha squash.
Now I have to actually wash the sweat from my face so I can post a grin. Be back!2 -

OCT 19 - PICTURE THIS: THANKFUL THURSDAY!! WHAT ARE YOU THANKFUL FOR TODAY & WHY? IT CAN BE ANYTHING!!!
This is mine...My baby sister, my best friend. I'm thankful for her for so many reasons but what I'll say right now is: she's a major fitness inspiration for me...she's so strong-minded and dedicated to the things she wants. I'm on mission twin! People say we look alike now...just wait. :P

This is my favorite podcast and these guys are also my coaches. Since I "found" them and their podcast its changed my life completely! Most sustainable progress I've ever made. I am so grateful for finding them and no they dont pay me to say that! lol2 -
That's awesome! I know in order to stay motivated you have to keep your mind fueled with inspiration. That's great you found something like that! I need to look for a fitness podcast that I could listen to while I work. Right now I listen to a lot of Tony Robbins though because it really gets my mind right about success in life in general. (I do get paid for that...jk, but that'd be sweet!)

I love Tony Robbins!! He's the best, I've listened to almost all his audio books.You should check out that podcast i listen too! They do lots for women too. Tons of FREE info, I listen to it all day at work but then again I'm a fitness/nutrition nerd.1 -
