  • I second this. With such a small amount to lose, you may have to get really specific in weighing and tracking food. As another thought, your body may not be willing to lose that 5 lbs. You're already fairly small and if you're trying to shrink your waist, you may be better off doing some lifting and making those muscles…
  • I use a heart rate strap and all that too, but if I had to manually add it in, then I'd google "calories burned for walking at 3.5 mph 144 lb woman". I used to do that all the time before heart rate trackers became popular and it worked out fine for me. Generally 1 mile is about 100 calories, so you burned about 175…
  • I quit even trying go get them to sync. It seems like it would stop syncing so I'd manually enter my workout into Mfp and then suddenly it would sunc and I'd have double the workout listed. I just untethered them. Crap on it. I like being able to manually enter my stuff on Mfp, I just wish you could enter multiple workout…

Compared to what I ate this week I'm grateful I didn't gain…
  • My petty reason is to show all my exes. I'm professionally successful and now I want the body to match that and floor them all. Also, I want people to say, "No way you've got kids!" Instead of saying, "You look good, for having kids." Huuuge difference in those two phrases.
  • I've never seen the Walmart app, but I can say that the Walmart I shop at now has signs that say that they will not longer price match. I'm not sure if it's just this Wal-Mart, but I suspect that at some point it may be the policy for all Wal-Mart's.
  • I think it may just come down to what bells and whistles you want. My treadmill came from Wal-Mart and it was around $350. I've been using it fairly regularly for over 5 years and it shows no sign of wearing out.
  • Have you tried Powercrunch bars? They come in several flavors. I love trying new bars when I see them because bars can be really gross and these are the best tasting I've found for the carbs and calories. I've also recently discovered One bars. The maple doughnut tastes like maple candy! Theyre a little higher in calories…

  • I usually put it in as calisthenics. If I don't do that, then I manually put in 100 calories burned for every 10 minutes of hiit. That's a slightly rounded number that should fit most people. Or so I've read.
  • That gives the same amount of calories as mfp.
