What do you log hiit workout as?

How do I log this for accurate calories?

    What are you actually doing? Sprint intervals, track training, classes, DVD?

    I’m doing a mix of 15min HIIT cardio dvds.

    I usually put it in as calisthenics. If I don't do that, then I manually put in 100 calories burned for every 10 minutes of hiit. That's a slightly rounded number that should fit most people. Or so I've read.

    That's probably high. Since most people covers a wide range of height/weight/age/gender.
