On Keto you eat minimal carbs... i don't feel like you need to restrict THAT much to lose weight! I have tried keto and failed everytime i also didnt have the body shape i wanted on it... sure i lost a stone in a month but you couldnt really tell as the weight was just gone, no definition.

this is quiet interesting actually because before i was on the stronglifts 5x5 workout and was doing my own leg workouts i would always keep my legs closed to target quads, maybe thats the problem. my quads are extremly hard too!

Im aiming for a sober 2018! Alcohol and me dont agree... It holds back my progress too. I had four glasses of Rose a few weeks back in a pint glass topped all the way up with Lemonade and i felt horrendous the next day, other than that 2018 has been sober for me and i haven't even missed alcohol.

Thats good to know! im starting this tonight and doing Tues, Thurs and Sat... It actually says on the website can you can incorporate cardio but its not really recommended in the first few weeks as it can hinder your recovery! Im excited to try this program.

Its very strange because when i do a Hiit workout in a class i do around 100 squats (normal, wide leg jump squats and pulsing squats) without any problem but its only using body weight.
