If you want to do that, protein is your friend. Low carbs but dont avoid sugars, but dont over eat it either.

Don't focus on how much you'll lose per week and short or long term goal, focus on your calories intake and activeness level. Try hiit (high intensive interval training), cardio would not help with fat loss. Cardio is a workout at a constant pace, and in order to lose fat, you've got to boost the reaction.
