I keep it in my pants pocket if I have one, but if I'm wearing leggings or something without pockets I stick it in my waistband and hope for the best. Which never happens.

I've been doing keto for a little less than a month and I love it. I feel almost meditative.

I always wore larger shirts to hide my chest, in early December, I finally got a mastectomy. After starting keto and focusing more on CICO, I realized none of my shirts actually fit that well and I was actually a size smaller and people kept commenting that I'd clearly lost weight. :)

I went from moderate carb to keto over winter break from school and lost 8lbs -- I'm really enjoying how creative it forces me to be with my food! I'd love friends to keep me motivated and have inspiration for meals.
