1000-1200 doesn’t include exercise. I’d say it’s my mean tho. I don’t burn much when I exercise bc my weight is already so low. Maybe 300 for an hour at the gym. I’d call. I’ve been in an abusive relationship before. I couldn’t call bc he’d know, and he’d just see it as me being crazy and exaggerating, which would have made things worse for me. If someone else does it, then the abuser (or both of them) might see that they really are getting out of hand.

Many nice grocery stores have great salad bars, and places to sit and eat. Even the ones that don’t have washed and ready to eat fruit and vegetables, at a lower cost than the gas stations. I like ruby Tuesday bc of the salad bar, and on the border bc they have a good selection of fairly low calories options.

No, you sprinkle them w a little salt, cover them, and cook on lowish heat to break them down so they are tender. There will be a liquid and it will start to carmelize to the pan (not burn). You add water, or wine, to deglaze the pan.

If you use lemon, chili powder, and cumin, try serving w some chunks of avocado and fried corn tortilla strips (if you have the calories to spare).

I can’t imagine why anyone would mock and laugh at me for my size and maintenance calories. I’m 36 and I’ve been this size since 18, which little fluctuation. I’m not even skinny. I’m just really short and small.

I’m 4’11” ab 103 lbs. I’m probably at a good maintenance weight for my size, but I need to stay fit for work, so I’m a perfectionist about it. My maintenance is around 1000-1200, and my job is very physically demanding. My dr says that 1000 is a reasonable maintenance for me bc I’m so small.

If I go out to eat and have a mystery food, I’ll usually just log random calories to max out my day, or even add a couple hundred calories. If you are going to go back and get that all of the time, you might want to call and ask bc it could have a lot of butter, or oil, and be deceptively high calorie.

Recommended serving sizes on food packages don’t have to be (and probably should be) followed. There’s nothing wrong with four servings of veggies at a time, and only half a serving of spaghetti sauce.

On your cookie thread, someone suggested peanut butter, oats, and maple syrup. I don’t like sweets, but I mashed up peanut butter and oats, and formed it into a party between plastic wrap, refrigerated, and cut it into little squares. My son and I will have a few on rushed mornings.

Mostly, when I’m hungry. I might have an avocado, or a spoon of peanut butter if it evening and I’m very low on calories for the day. I’ll also try to eat something if I’m heading to work bc there’s no outside food at my job.

I like riced cauliflower, but I like the cauliflower chunky more. I usually make rice for others in my family, and I’ll just have a little, but then I’ll also have steamed cauliflower and cooked greens, with whatever the topping is.

Chives can be found dried, feeeze dried, or fresh. They are hardly little perennial plants in a garden, and they are very cute with little purple puff ball looking flowers. Unless you live somewhere very cold, you can harvest a little year round.

They are something different. They are a bushy little allium type plant. The chive part is like the leaves. The green part of a green onion is often substituted bc they are less expensive and also have a light onion flavor.
