  • I tried WW and didn’t like it, I find MFP is simple to understand. It’s all about the logging!

  • I too have modified recipes and it hasn’t affected past entries
  • I love Wordle, I usually solve it in 4 but the other day didn’t get it due to the volume of options Wordle 381 4/6 ⬜⬜🟨🟨⬜ ⬜⬜🟨🟨🟩 🟩🟩🟩⬜🟩 🟩🟩🟩🟩🟩
  • It happens from time to time, my fitbit won't sync at the moment either. I'm sure they will be working obit.
  • I weigh daily and log in an app as I too like to see data, it’s not for everyone though as you need to focus on the overall trend and not the daily results. If you think it would be demotivating to see small daily increases for absolutely no apparent reason when you’ve been on plan every day, followed by a sudden drop,…
  • I tried WW recently and didn't like it, the points system just doesn't make sense, I also tried Team RH and didn't like that much either, they're quite aggressive on exercise. This is my trusted tool, I eat something, I scan the barcode, weigh it, log it and I know how many calories I've eaten and how many I have left in…
  • My thought process is that if I'm paying for it I'm going to make sure I flipping well use it lol
  • I’m pleased you’ve found something that works for you, that’s really important if you’re going to stick to it and 6.6lbs is brilliant. Best of luck!
  • I signed up Sunday, and I don't like it, it's not what I expected at all, there's no 1-1 coaching. Their level of exercise to enable me to eat 2500 cals and lose weight is more than I can either commit to or achieve. I do enjoy his Facebook page though.
  • Thats a good point, I don't know what the rate of loss is in their calculations. I've been on here quite a few years now and track my burn rate on my fitbit, after reviewing my history I can't imagine a time where I can eat 2500cals every single day and lose weight.
  • It's a paid for weight loss programme based on CICO, the trainers are very blunt and matter of fact (which I do like). The type of advice they give is on a par with the forums so it isn't based on any fad and strongly encourages exercise. They promote MFP for logging all your food - and they make a big thing about logging…
  • I follow the Facebook page, not signed up yet but keep thinking about it.
  • Looks like this is sorted now

  • Great, I zapped most of them as spam and they disappeared but those last 2 just wouldn't clear, spam flag was 14 on one of them! It's 14:30 in the UK so I'm nearly done for the day - yay. Have a good day everyone.

  • This one doesn't seem to want to clear https://community.myfitnesspal.com/en/discussion/10838542/research-in-the-field-of-eating-behaviours-participants-needed#latest
  • Tam4545 currently spamming for a survey, a search brought up 21 posts, so I'll get what I can but might need some help getting through them.
