Thank you for all the info! I am going to take a closer look especially at my fiber intake. I am 5'9, 199 pnds, 35 calorie intake is acheived each day sometimes over lol but set at 1330 i believe, coming from a 2000+++ calorie intake! Perhaps im just adjusting lol thank you again!

I was considering that about undereating, i am on the lower calorie diet. Perhaps ill change my eating habbits. My meals at night are not as large as my lunches, maybe I'll switch those and add more calories, see if that improves. This really is a learning how my body works and ticks thing!

Well Bridget, I would have to say you had the hardest job of all for 10 years! so I think you deserve a nice break and focus things on yourself for a while being a stay-at-home mom is very hard emotionally, physically and mentally! you go girl you got this you're a Powerhouse to be reckoned with!!!!!

Both above comments are great! Like the 1st one mentioned, try changing up your menu to higher intake healthy choices, and also combine them if you can to make meals with a few high calorie (healthy) meals too! And drink tons of water on night shifts for sure!!! Your awesome and your going to kill this!!!!

I looked into this as well and am also curious! After seeing th fruit list of ones i can consume... sadly most are the most expensive ones, amd to ad also out of season. So any tips on keto during off seasons for most fruit or consuming foods when they are not in season?

Hey ladies, not sure how old these posts are but I have very similar attempts with the 30day dvd! I too only get 2 weeks, and i do se results amd enjoy it, but life gets in the way and i get lazy! I am once again up to 200 pnds. :-( and trying this social app amd tools along with her dvd again!!! Wish me luck and post pics…
