have you tried kombucha? it's full of probiotics and makes you feel good and has a slightly alcoholish taste as it's a fermented drink.
-
garden veggie straws are 38 straws for 130 calories. one straw is like eating one potato chip but with way less calories. plentils are lower calorie chips too with protein from the lentils if you can find them. for even healthier, celery sticks, a small apple, pickles..

it's worked for me before

75 or more full situps everyday or night will seriously help flatten your stomach

@AnvilHead toxins that are in your body. as far as how it works or what particular toxins, idk, but i know what works for me. they said "try it", i tried it, call me a believer if you will among many. probably something to do with your blood and liver. eating fruit not loaded with pesticides or bacteria is also very…

shots of wheatgrass juice will help you detoxify. you can see it working too. when i've done wheatgrass juice, my face would break out as a sign of your body trying to expel toxins, then they'd go away and my skin would be clearer than when i started.

i think i read acai is really good at reducing inflammation and the juice is delicious!
-
i got a silicone egg ring and make my own egg mcmuffins. you could probably freeze those too and microwave them.

When Scat Man Cruthers gets the axe in the Shining.

stir fried, sauteed; in soups. i have a great low fat recipe for zuchinni corn soup if you're interested. (with a hint of jalapeno) i think it's really good!
-
are you eating a lot of salt? it could possibly be water retention/bloating. in any case have you had your yearly physical yet? if not might be a good time to get it.

i've been on a beta blocker for awhile now. my doctor doesn't like it (a different doc put me on it) but i have a super high heart rate too and the beta blocker lowers both my bp and heart rate. i've cut down my dose by half recently all since i started working out more often. so that would be my advice. if you aren't…

i find popcorn to actually be fairly high calorie but then i'll eat like a whole bowl of it with tons of salt. if you can control your portion size then it's probably fine. be careful chewing though, i cracked a molar real bad on a popcorn kernel once. (i pop mine in oil in a pan.)

some of my dinners that i cook- 1. veggie and potato curry ( i use potatoes, celery and carrots) and i use regular milk instead of coconut milk and it comes out fine 2. raviolis or pasta and sauce 3. low fat baked macaroni and cheese with chopped tomato and cayenne 4. roasted potatoes with basil and cayenne 5. homemade…

well if you really want to try keto, you need to steel yourself. perhaps thinking of those foods as other people's foods not for you will help
-
step aerobics, step machine, karate, workouts with lots of lunges
-
Maybe you should skip the keto and just try calorie counting. That way you can eat whatever you want in moderation. Otherwise it's gonna take a lot of willpower and it sounds like you know yourself enough to know you don't have it. I just think trying to get other people in the house to go on a keto diet with you is…

well, it would probably help for bloating and sweating gets rid of toxins, so if you make sure to drink water after i don't think it would be bad for you. i have a major problem with water weight so i think a sauna suit could be motivating.
-
i think it's true you can eat whatever you want as long as you stay within your calorie goals. having fattening junk foods to eat can make that hard though. Denise Austin makes some nice exercise videos on youtube. here's one you might like https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=52uvwCi03yE don't know your fitness level.

i read in a magazine that if you stretch regularly you will retain about 90% of your muscle without working out. as far as gaining fat that will probably depend on how you eat.

i've tried to make sandwich bread a bunch of times but none ever came out like a good sandwich bread. my homemade hamburger buns are decent, but the closest i've gotten are nice sourdough loaves to bread good enough for a sandwich. i use the tightwad gazette recipe for sourdough bread.

i like eggs with a little cheese and optional veggies. (i like it with chopped tomatoes especially) To keep the calories down i only use one egg yolk. I also pair it with a couple slices Morningstarfarms veggie bacon when I have it. Occasionally I will have a slice of toast with butter or peanut butter with it. (i'm on a…

Someone gave me several bags of Plentils chips. OMG they were so good and I pigged out on all of them and didn't gain anything. (There were three different flavors.) They are light and crispy, not greasy. I thought as a vegetarian they were reminiscent of pork rinds but my non-vegetarian friends who tried them said no. But…

also have you tried melatonin for sleep? it helps me a lot 6mg at bedtime and in 15 minutes or so i am usually asleep for at least a few hours if not more. i think it helps you lose weight too. it supposedly helps your body convert white fat into brown fat which helps with weight loss.
-
have you tried apple cider vinegar for the heartburn? i used to get bad heartburn til i tried the apple cider vinegar. i tablespoon of apple cider vinegar and a tablespoon of honey mixed in a small amount of water in the evening for however many days you want (up to two weeks)
