i make a seventh day adventist recipe called oat walnut burgers occasionally made with oatmeal. they are very good.

maybe your fridge isn't cold enough? organic lettuce lasts a lot longer than non-organic lettuce. i also find putting fruits in the fridge help them last a lot longer. especially apples. they say don't put oranges in the fridge but i find they last longer too in the fridge.

french fries w/ mayo, ketchup, and mustard on the side

i used to have a proform crosswalk. i think i got it at sears. i loved it. lost like 50 pounds using it twice a week for an hour each time at about 4 miles an hour and then a 45 minute step workout. (for a total of three workouts a week) i hate the gym.

my favorite go to homemade salald dressing is lemon juice or apple cider vinegar, canola oil, salt, pepper, a decent amount of thyme, and a bit of sugar or honey. you need to use the canola oil, it tastes much better than the olive oil. another favorite is sesame oil, white vinegar and fresh pureed garlic. (i haven't made…

stationary bike or step for step workouts. i have both and love them both.

have you tried some stuff called No Salt? It's not as great as salt, (I love salty.) but it's not horrible and in place of like half the salt in stuff like soups it's pretty good. I've been using it on my scrambled eggs too. it's not good on popcorn though.

enchiladas? i know you said your sick of pasta but have you tried spaghetti pie? it's delicious.
-
you say it's fully cooked, but i'd bet it just needs a bit more time in the oven. egg casseroles take at least an hour

celery, small apple

Xersion at JCPenney's. though I only have the capris but I think they make full length too.

i agree with the ground flax. you can also use soy flour as an egg replacer. i think it is the same 1 tbs and 3 tbs water but i will need to double check.

I actually did some decluttering of my closet today. I bought the book Color Me Beautiful, and went through my closet going by the recommended colors for me and I realized all the shirts I bought but never wear or don't feel good in are clothes that are the wrong color for my season. So, off to the thrift store they go or…

try working out around the time you would start eating. i used to snack a lot at night until i started doing that. i'd workout around 7:00pm and for one, while you are working out you can't eat! and two after you work out you will feel great and the last thing you will want to do is eat a bunch of junk after. if you must…

I am vegetarian so I don't mind, but if you wouldn't mind eating soy chicken, Morningstar Farms makes great chixin patties. A chicken patty on a whole grain english muffin with a bit of mayo. Yum. (You might want two of them.) I don't know if you are trying to lose weight or not. If not then a breaded chicken patty would…

crunchy salty dill pickles instead? i like the little ones you can get the best.

congratulations! what is your favorite snack and favorite exercise?

well, i figure there must be something to back up what they are saying. if it was of major importance i would look for confirmation elsewhere

i don't want to waste anyone's time here.. there's no convincing me that aspartame is safe when so many people are saying otherwise. if it's not true and it is safe, then what did i miss out on? some icky tasting sugar substitute?…
-
why should i respond when what you posted seems to have no relevance whatsoever. i mean, basically, you are saying to me, because the chemical components are being described to you, aspartame is perfectly safe. it is metabolized by the body and doesn't even reach your brain so how can it affect your brain? that is hard to…

honestly if that's your picture in your profile pic i'd say a few extra calories won't hurt you. i guess if you really feel bad why not do a workout, maybe that will help you feel better and lower your calorie binge some.

i'd say you are doing great already without the surgery. my mom got the gastric band a while ago. i think this is the same thing? she had problems with it, she threw up almost everything she ate except for things like cake and eventually had some esophagus disturbance with it and had to have it removed. i wouldn't suggest…
-
@Aaron_K123 i'm sorry but chemistry is definitely not my thing. idk, i guess you just won't be able to convince me that aspartame isn't scary. i do do the pink packet in my coffee though. the safety of saccharin in moderation has been endorsed by Edgar Cayce so it is safer in my eyes and i haven't had any negative effects…

had the weirdest dream last night about fish. i bought a jar of fish to eat, (strange cause i don't eat fish) and noticed they were alive in the jar soaking in vinegar or something. so i put them in an aquarium with the intention of keeping them as pets. strangest dream ever! big ugly blue-green fish.

https://articles.mercola.com/sites/articles/archive/2012/03/24/aspartame-affects-brain-health.aspx random study just looked up - i am assuming mercola is a credible source. (not pushing stevia on anyone as i think it tastes even worse than aspartame) this page disagrees with you @Aaron_K123 "The amino acids in aspartame…

try googling it. there are many. i'm not saying i won't occasionally have something with aspartame in it. as to my understanding it's only in high concentrations that it's harmful. even vitamins can be harmful in too high a concentration. but still, our brains are sensitive machines, why sell them out and our health along…
-
well, apparently they contain l-phenylalaline, not phenylalaline so to say that phenylalaline is found in proteins would not be accurate. i mean, why do you want people to not think aspartame is scary when the studies are showing that they could be damaging to the health?
-
well personally i am sensitive to phenylalanine. lucky i am a vegetarian. my mom has been guzzling diet coke and diet iced tea lately. just yesterday she was showing signs of senility. it would be terrible if aspartame was the cause and my mom becomes demented. of course it could just be a coincidence, but we should be…
-
too much phenylalanine causes headaches. that can't be good for you. now there's a study (pertaining to many sugar substitutes not just aspartame but including it) that link sugar substitute consumption to stroke and dementia. not saying the sugar consumers fared much better, but to say aspartame is perfectly safe? it's…
