Good luck with your journey Andrea, best advice I’d give is to just make sure you log your food daily, don’t fall behind and just keep on track with healthy eating and exercise as hard as it can be if you don’t see results quickly :))

Hi Chris, it’s good to here you’re in a positive mindset during lockdown, I use MapMyWalk and MapMyFitness to make sure all my exercise syncs with MFP, are you logging all your calorie burns? 💪🏽

Awesome work on the calorie burn Charlie, my yoga mat has arrived today after trying to get by last week, not quite the same and I’m aching in places my body had forgotten about 😂 anyway, keep the burn going and stay safe 😊
