Hi everyone!

Just saying hi and introducing myself. My names Andrea I live in Canada and I started my fitness journey a few weeks ago and its been great - aiming to become leaner and generally healthier and this app is really helpful for that! No results yet but its only been a bit. Any tips are appreciated of course!

Hope you're all doing great during this time and finding that inner inspiration!

    Log everything, even binges. If you use the complete diary function... don't be ashamed about logging again if you have some munchies.

    Good luck with your journey Andrea, best advice I’d give is to just make sure you log your food daily, don’t fall behind and just keep on track with healthy eating and exercise as hard as it can be if you don’t see results quickly :))
