Thank you for the advice! I was actually vegetarian for 4 years! It still wasn't doing the trick for me. Ever since I started this diet though my sugars are staying around 90 fasting and 120 for meals! I only have about 20 pounds I want to lose but have already lost 3 pounds on this diet! But basically you can eat up to 500 cal on fasting days and then up to 125% of your daily calories on non fasting.
