I’m not second guessing the programme I’m actually really enjoying the programme, it’s just my programme I was doing before I was doing ALL low reps high weight and I was progressing with weight a lot quicker and lifting heavier overall. I get my carbs from all different sources tbh mainly rice though I guess and grains and lentils. But I do eat a lot of random carb sources too lol.

To calculate my protein intake do I do 1g of protein to 1 lb of body weight or if I’m bulking do I do 1 gram of protein to 1lb if my target weight? So if I weigh 130lb I would do 130g of protein but if I was aiming to get my weight to 140lb would I eat 140g of protein ? Thanks!

Your confusing, my main point I’m making is that water is good to drink and probably the most optimal thing for our body’s. Why you gotta go confuse everything and make such a big deal out of it.
