Starting Today! Height: 5'8" SW:148lbs (as of June 25th) GW: ~135lbs I'd like to get to around 135lbs (see how I look/feel) and then start adding on more muscle. I've put on about 15-20lbs the last 2 years out of sheer laziness (and not being young with a high metabolism anymore, lol). Time to take it more seriously!
