Damn. You look incredible. Front & back.
-
What are you currently doing? Weight loss isn't difficult. You may be making harder than it needs to be.
-
Where did you get that idea from? Not I.
-
You do realise I said daily right?
-
Lol. Mate, flour can be made in the kitchen. If you don't believe me type it into YouTube. Nice try haha.
-
I don't consume either. I don't get sick. My diet & my immune system is pretty bad *kitten*. Edit: and I said daily not never.
-
Yep it's fine. For weight loss, being in a caloric deficit is the most important thing followed by a balanced diet. Have your McDonald's. Although I don't rate their burgers, it's not big enough nor does it taste that good.

Maybe the soda causes them to have a prominent sweet tooth which in turn makes them overeat. That's my guess. However if that were true i'd just suggest to use their willpower to not overeat rather than tackle the soda habit. That being said, if you can't withhold from consuming something you're addicted to it.

If you're seeking a reaction...
-
No ones saying that. For me, anything that can't be made in a kitchen I wouldn't consume daily.
-
Me too. One would think they drink a can with every meal. Either that or they're sponsored by a brand of soda. I'm all for soda but saying it's fine in any amount seems reckless to me.

I couldn't give a monkeys about some cellulite. If I'm being honest it actually turns me on because it's usually accompanied with some jiggle. Being an *kitten*/thighs man it's all about softness. Too many women scrutinise themselves unfairly. Chase perfection and you'll end up living a wasted life. Love yourz.

Were you lifting weights while losing weight? Have you ever lifted weights?

May you stumble across a generous farmer and be gifted a years supply of any meat of your choice.

May your sleep be rejuvenating

May your tears taste like Dr. Pepper

May your insides turn into outsides.

Not into the 'cheat' thing as all food is to be enjoyed. That being said, earlier this week I had flap jacks & sausage rolls for breakfast.
-
Liars & people who make excuses. I loath such character traits.

I drink at least 2L during my workouts and 300ml with every meal (3). So that's ~3L per day. I don't go overboard as I feel it's just not needed. It's also irritating having to commute to back and forth to the restroom 15 times a day.

A big no. Your muscle needs to be stimulated in order for it to at least be preserved along with sufficient protein consumption. While yoga is benefifical it doesn't stimulate muscle. Can't you just buy some cheap dumbbells?
-
What's the point of this thread if everyones gonna be modest and say no..? With that being said, yes. Sexiest lion you've ever laid ya eyes on.

It's like beat a dead horse. No one food makes anyone fat, eating more than your body requires makes you fat. Breaded wings is absolutely fine. I eat white bread multiple times a week, still dropping fat. You want the majority of your calories to be nutrient dense for optimal health. That doesn't mean you can eat processed…

Hmm unless injury there's no excuse to be completely inactive for months. I was out of the gym for 2 months, all i did was jump rope, pull ups/chins & a variation of press ups 3-4 times a week. I returned to the gym pretty much the same just less conditioned. Probably 2-3 lbs of muscle mass loss if that.
-
The right approach. If there's no snack to fill those saved IP cals do you add them to dinner?

I love croissants :)

Mines roughly ~2,800. Beautiful amount lol.

Wow. Thanks. Very interesting procedure. The only problem is it doesn't tackle the cause of the overeating.
