I decided to go straight like an arrow this week and get healthy. Today I decided not to log my food LOL! Failing already, but tomorrow is a new day!

This is very much my cup of tea LOL! I went to visit my eldest son today, and he helped me to upload my picture, so maybe I’m not that boring anymore!!

Thank you, my kids gave me an iPad for Christmas after my wife passed a few years ago. They finally decided to set me up with the wireless internet this summer. I am confused if you are being sarcastic because you were all very rude to me prior to your commendation.

A bowl of porridge, the doctor says my cholesterol is kind of high so lately when I get hungry I just do some steel cut oats with hot water. Tastes like cardboard!

I aspire to lose around 60 pounds so seeing stories of real people losing real weight is motivating. I want to be alive long enough to see my grandchildren grow into adults.

How do you send a message directly to someone?

Yes I just wish I could cheat at shuffleboard with my pals. Ronald Palmer is quite the player and he loves to gloat after a win!

This is not much compared to you folks but sometimes I cheat at solitaire especially if I’ve had a smidge of brandy
