Oooo rice cakes! I wish i could have carrots, hummus, fruit etc but the issue is the snacks have to last about 4 weeks without a fridge as i'll be at a summer camp

Hahaha, yeah I did some exercises this morning, at the end of working out, that make you focus on your pelvis tilt etc and all day tried to remain conscious about my posture and wow it's a hard thing remain aware of and in control of, it's going to take a while to reverse the habit. But...like you said it does make a…

Out of curiosity early, I hopped on the scales and apparently i'm still around 110, but I'm going to try a different pair out to see if it's consistent. Maybe in a few weeks-months I'll be more like your build?

I restarted today paying more attention to foods, didn't think I had slipped off track that much until you hear it from other people that a change or kick up the bum is needed
-
Oh that actually makes sense! I can see what you mean plus I do have issues with pelvis misalignment as well. I’ll for sure look at the video and try Pilates like others have suggested.

I'm 5.2ft and about 110lbs I think.... I try to mainly go off photos, measurements and clothing so don't weigh myself often. I haven't heard of recomping before, I'll sure read into it.

That is very true, the grass is always greener on the other side, someways it's a positive we are always striving for better but it can also be negative and detrimental.

I did but stopped a few months ago unintentionally for half marathon training, as I do prefer running over weights, but then got halted further with an injury. I would say I didn't notice too much of a change when I was doing weights but maybe I wasn't pushing myself to lift as heavy as I thought?

I never know what to look for in probiotics, they're a bit overwhelming to shop for, do you have any suggestions?

I'm a post grad student so lots of work and deadlines which probably doesn't help hahhaa. I try to exercise to relieve stress but currently have an injury stopping me from my favourite form of exercise, running. Oh I've never heard of acacia powder before, I'll have a read up on that.

Oh that's interesting. I do find that apples tend to cause discomfort too, which is a shame as I love them on top of oats and as snacks. With regards to sugar I actually tried going sugar free a few weeks back, and I did feel good, but then got ill and the only liquid I could manage to drink was sweetened tea :D . Should…

I'm in a rented property at the moment so don't know if i'd be able to install something. But investing in some dumbbells seems like a good idea.

That's a very good point ahahaa

Got another 5.31 miles in this morning. I find it so much harder to go longer distances when I'm home from university, I can't plot the distance as well in my head :D Goal distance - 60 miles Completed - 9.69 miles

Either. I'm happy for people to take it as a group challenge, but if people just want to take the advice that's fine too. I typically have no problem drinking 1.5-2litres per day, but know the struggle to increase it from drinking practically nothing.

That hit me, I really like that saying! I think I'll try work on keeping myself accountable...in baby steps so first making better choices then gradually cutting it out my routine when I don't need it. Do you have snack ideas? I typically go for jam sandwiches or toast with peanut butter or biscuits, cakes and chocolate…

That's actually a really good idea, might try that tonight

Yeah I think I should maybe practise not eating whilst watching TV...think that's a easy bad habit to fall into.

Day 4 done. Great little pick me up in the morning, especially as it's too wet out to go for a run

Completed a mixture of them all alongside a quick 15 minute HIT this morning. Felt great! Going to sit down and combine them all into one calendar I think, tweaking it a little

New to posting in threads. Excited to get involved in this community. If only I had joined this thread for the month of March when I ran 2 half marathons.... April goal distance - 60 miles Completed - 4.37 miles I'd also like to up my pace this month and try reach a more consistent average of 8:25-30.....maybe even a bit…

Homemade lentil Shepard’s pie by yours truly. Made it for the family and it went down a treat. Super simple and filling. Followed by a ‘fat free’ peach upside down cake
