Usually get 10,500-11,000 steps a day. When I exercise I try do 40 min HIIT or resistance training. I will have a look for some possibly better food options. Thanks for the input :)

I used to exercise nearly everyday at the beginning. Started to get more tired and busy so now it's at least 3 days a week.

Everything that I can weigh is weighed, then when I'm eating out I try find the equivalent on mfp

Yes I just checked 1200 is for 2lbs per week at lightly active.

Yeah I mean..rather than weight I suppose I would just like to lose the fat more than actually weighing a certain amount.
