I do too. What I try to do in those situations is cut the carbs where I can, like order a burger with no bun, or Mexican veggie fajitas without the free sides (rice/beans/chips). My family loves to eat out all the time.

I usually drink water during a workout. Cutting back a little (mostly cause I hate having to go to the bathroom all the time from it) lol

Hmm... perhaps. My animals don't usually do that ;) But I am definitely thirsty after a workout. Perhaps I should add a daily vitamin to my routine again. Wouldn't hurt? :)

I work out 6 days a week (3 hard cardio, 3 random weights/walking) Salt, I think so?

Same, I'm just surprised cause I used to hardly be able to drink a glass a day. Haha

Try using a juicer and broth based soups. I couldn't eat after having jaw surgery for months. It's easy on stomach with almost no solids and it's great to flush your system.

Personally I'm trying to embrace mindful eating. It has worked wonders for me. Basically whenever you eat anything, good or bad. A great if food day or an emotional eating day. Log it.
