Personally I'm trying to embrace mindful eating. It has worked wonders for me. Basically whenever you eat anything, good or bad. A great if food day or an emotional eating day. Log it. Every single chip so to speak. It really helped put my habits in perspective, and it also helps me keep track of not only what I eat, but…

I'm 4'10" female, 25 years old. I eat 1000-1450 calories daily and am averaging a loss of .5-1.25 pounds a week. So far I've lost 11 pounds since late November. I don't workout really, at most 5-10 minutes a day. I've just been mindful eating and eating cleaner (foods in there purest form) the best I can. Working for me.

Funny. :) I just try to find a support group of people with similar goals and meal plans as I. I find it helps.

Today seems more accurate. And Yes mine does have a heart rate monitor. So far I'm very pleased with it, but I've only had it for a few days

Bah well, either way, I still eat the same. But I like to have a better idea of what calories I *actually* need to consume once I reach my goal weight to maintain.

Women should have a bare minimum of 1000 calories to 1200 calories. I am 4 foot 10 myself, and eat about 800 calories to 1200 calories per day, some days I splurge though. It's really up to the BMI chart and what's right for you.

Personally, I would do what's best for you. Friends worth having are friends who support every side of you. Big or small, thick or thin. It doesn't matter. Health is the most important thing. For exampl, my best friend is severely overweight, and I've also seen her lose a lot too. Doesn't change my opinion of her. I'm…

I'm not following the program. I'm using c25k to learn how to run. I've never been an active person. It just helps me have something to push for. Otherwise I feel I'm running aimlessly, and that doesn't work for me. I need goals!

I was doing it daily. 30 minutes on the treadmill per day. It feels good to be active.

I never kissed anyone before I got mono. It isn't the only way to get it. Just the more common way.

Hey! I sent you a friend request. I am 4'10" and I weight 132.7 (after a 2.2 weight loss so far!) - my goal is 100 by May 20th (anniversary with my husband). I think your goal is very reasonable. - but it will be hard. Let's team up and be support buddies!

How do you add friends from these chat rooms?

Honestly, I don't know. Perhaps try the app "Eat This Much". It's a great program. You can set the grocery lists to vegan and it will customize your meals to your calorie range. You can also "like" or "dislike" recipes so they either repeat again later on or never reappear on your menu if you don't like/won't eat them.…
