Im in i usually do about 10k steps on weekdays and slack on weekends so lets use this to kick my butt and maintain it for all 7 days :D

Hey guys, new to MFP and looking for things to challenge myself with and ended up here :D I walk alot but have never really tried running so I'm a complete novice. Im gonna set myself the challenge of 20 miles and see how that goes.
