Mmm! I have just had Papa John's and it was delicious. I had the Chicken Club thin crust (4 slices of a medium), a bit of garlic bread and a couple of chicken poppers. I knew that we were ordering so I didn't eat a huge breakfast or lunch today and I have managed to just sneak in under my calorie goal

It is really hard! I have a fat photo that I can't look at ... I didn't realise things had gotten that bad :s But even now when I've lost a decent amount of weight, there are still areas of my body that doesn't seem to want to let go of that fat. Soooo frustrating! Each day is a new day and I will get there

I work in a Early Years setting with 3 and 4 year olds and as well as going on a weekly woods walk I also spend a decent amount of the day running around the garden playing superheroes.

I was a bridesmaid a few years ago and instead of taking my weight gain seriously I just carriesd on eating and then split my dress on the day of the wedding and had to be safety pinned in :D :D :D The bride was traditionally late for her own wedding but it wasn't her fault this time!

I've been taking advantage of the free classes that my gym offers. I enjoy working out with a group of people, it can fun and motivating but also it gives me focus for 45 minutes. Plus some times when the class is quieter I am getting some great help from the instructors for my form and posture.
