OK so the calories that I'm eating when on a cut, do I just add 250 until I reach around my maintenance then increase from there? Ex. If my maintenance is 1600 and "cut"calories are 1200 then do I add 250 to the 1200 and then keep increasing till I reach maintenance, and then go on from there? Or do I go from my "cut"…

Would it be reasonable to have a double chin at 110 pounds? I went to the doctor's for a checkup and the scale said that I was 110 pounds?not 104? Is it reasonable? And to clarify, I was on a bulk but then went on a cut for a couple of months. I didn't weigh this much when I went on a cut.

I don't have an overbite and I don't try to push my head back. I don't know if I've never noticed it before but it's making me weary on bulking again. I'm not so sure tho if it is genetics... Hmm
