I've been doing 10-12 hrs of working out a week for months now. So the fact the challenge is for 24hrs in a month makes me wonder if I'm overdoing it. Either way my routine is 1hr of taekwondo plus 1hr of either kickboxing or Krav maga mon,tues,wed,thurs,sat. only 1hr of taekwondo on Fridays.
