Hi, I am looking for more friends, to help keep me going, I will help you go. I lost a lot of weight a few years ago at gym and using this well it came back plus some. This time I am in a much better place so losing weight and eating well is coming a lot easier. But it is still good to have other people on my journey with me. to support each other. Please all feel free to add me! I'm Paul. I'm from Brighton, England and I've got a bloody load to do!
I need to lose about 3 stone (42lbs), build some lean muscle, get fit & healthy, and tone all of my bits up. Not a lot, eh? I've joined a gym and signed up with a person trainer, and now I need some friends on here so we can share journeys, motivate, swap ideas and thoughts, and also have a bloody good moan with! lol.

For some reason, I wasn't able to add friends through my app via cell. However, you can add people through your PC or laptop by using the website MyFitnessPal.com.0 -
I've been logging in for 207 days now... down 62.2 lbs.. feeling good, it's been a lot of work. I have only 2 MFP friends would like to grow that number. Encouragement is always a good thing, to give and also to get.0
