Hah! I wouldn't. I much prefer real wholesome saturated fats from healthy animals over hydrogenated oils that are closer to plastic than food. Go with a cultured butter, or something from grass-fed cows, get all those good micronutrients and magic! When you eat cake, eat the best damn cake -- then load up on veggies…
