Hi, put the weight then adjust the servings...so if I had 300g I’d put 150g then put I had 2 servings.. Generally I look at what calories that I need to have that day then ‘chop away’!!! Am I going about this the right way!!!!

I can definitely try shakes, I’ve got a nutribullet. I think with being news to this, I’m getting my self hung up on not exceeding my macros for the day. I don’t know weather that’s wrong or right???? I’ll have a play and try and make my diary open to view. Many thanks for your input guys

It’s definitely easier eating whenever in the 8 hours. And not doing either little and often or timed meals.......sometimes life gets in the way
