Advise on settings please
I only want to use MFP to track macros and cals as I’ve worked out my numbers myself. Is there a way of not letting MFP set a goal for you and just use MFP as a daily tracker???

I’ve just watched a couple of the short recipe videos. Is there a way of importing/extracting the ingredients list etc in to ‘my recipes’? Or do you have to manually input it? Many thanks

Hi currently trying to bulk up and fill out my 6’2” frame!!! According to the online TDEE calculator I need 3381 calories per day. I’ve been trying for years last 3 days and wanted to ask........... Meal macro breakdown!??
I’m new to MFP, I’ve got premium and am struggling to workout how to see the macro breakdown requirements for breakfast, lunch etc?? Please can someone point me in the right direction. Thanks

I’ve just started this and wondered what success people have had doing it? Personally after 2 days I feel great, and with MyFitnessPal it’s loads easier. Any thoughts?
